Diese Bedingungen gelten für die Nutzung der iOS-App „Grow Into Life“. Mit der Erstellung eines Kontos erklärst du dich mit ihnen einverstanden.
Grow Into Life ist ein digitales Babytagebuch: Meilensteine, Fotos, Körpermaße, Zahnkarte und das Teilen des Tagebuchs mit Personen, die du einlädst. Die Nutzung setzt ein persönliches Konto voraus, damit deine Einträge einen Gerätewechsel überstehen und geteilt werden können.
Die Wachstumskurven beruhen auf den Referenzwerten der Weltgesundheitsorganisation und dienen ausschließlich der Veranschaulichung. Sie sind keine medizinische Diagnose und kein Ersatz für ärztlichen Rat. Bei Fragen zur Entwicklung deines Kindes wende dich bitte an deine Kinderärztin oder deinen Kinderarzt.
Du bist für die Vertraulichkeit deiner Zugangsdaten verantwortlich. Gib Einladungscodes nur an Personen weiter, denen du Zugriff auf das Tagebuch deines Kindes geben möchtest. Eine Freigabe kannst du jederzeit in der App zurücknehmen.
Alle Inhalte, die du einträgst — Fotos, Notizen, Maße — bleiben deine. Du räumst uns kein Nutzungsrecht daran ein, das über das für den Betrieb der App technisch Erforderliche hinausgeht (Speicherung, Übertragung, Anzeige auf deinen und den von dir freigegebenen Geräten). Du sicherst zu, dass du berechtigt bist, die eingestellten Inhalte zu verwenden.
Die App ist kostenlos. Es gibt kein Abo, keine Testphase, die abläuft, und keine Funktion, die hinter einer Bezahlschranke liegt. Zahnkarte, WHO-Wachstumskurven, mehrere Kinder und das Teilen eines Buchs stehen allen offen.
Ein freiwilliges Trinkgeld. Seit Version 1.3 kannst du unten im Profil einen Kaffee ausgeben: ein einmaliger In-App-Kauf für 4,99 €, den du so oft wiederholen kannst, wie du möchtest. Er schaltet nichts frei — keinen Inhalt, keine Funktion, keinen Vorteil im Buch — und wer ihn nie antippt, verliert nichts. Die Zahlung wickelt ausschließlich Apple über deinen Apple-Account ab; wir sehen weder deine Zahlungsdaten noch, wer bezahlt hat. Für Widerruf und Erstattung gelten Apples Bedingungen; Erstattungsanfragen stellst du unter reportaproblem.apple.com.
Wer ein Buch mit dir teilt, entscheidet weiterhin über deine Rolle darin: Mitglieder mit Schreibrecht tragen Momente ein, eingeladene Betrachterinnen und Betrachter lesen und kommentieren. Das ist eine Frage des Teilens und keine des Geldes.
Bis August 2026 gab es eine kostenpflichtige Vollversion. Wer sie erworben hat, behält selbstverständlich vollen Zugriff — er ist jetzt ohnehin für alle offen. Ein noch laufendes Jahresabo kündigst du in den Einstellungen deines Apple-Accounts (apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions); eine Kündigung über uns ist technisch nicht möglich. Zahlungsabwicklung, Rechnungsstellung und Erstattungen lagen und liegen vollständig bei Apple; Erstattungsanfragen stellst du unter reportaproblem.apple.com.
Wir bemühen uns um einen zuverlässigen Betrieb, können aber keine ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit zusichern — die Synchronisierung hängt von Diensten Dritter und deiner Internetverbindung ab. Offline erfasste Einträge werden bei bestehender Verbindung nachgeladen.
Deine Daten werden verschlüsselt übertragen und in der EU gespeichert. Bitte verlasse dich dennoch nicht ausschließlich auf die App als Archiv für unersetzliche Fotos.
Wir haften unbeschränkt für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie für Schäden aus der Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit. Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung einer wesentlichen Vertragspflicht und begrenzt auf den vertragstypischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden. Die Haftung nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz bleibt unberührt.
Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in der App löschen (Profil → Einstellungen → Konto löschen). Damit endet dieser Vertrag. Bereits gezahlte Beträge für einen laufenden Abrechnungszeitraum erstatten wir nicht anteilig — Erstattungen liegen bei Apple.
Wir dürfen diese Bedingungen ändern, wenn dafür ein sachlicher Grund besteht. Über wesentliche Änderungen informieren wir in der App.
Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzrechte deines Aufenthaltsstaates bleiben unberührt.

These terms govern the use of the iOS app “Grow Into Life”. By creating an account you agree to them.
Grow Into Life is a digital baby journal: milestones, photos, body measurements, a tooth chart, and sharing the journal with people you invite. A personal account is required so your entries survive a change of device and can be shared.
The growth curves are based on World Health Organization reference data and are for illustration only. They are not a medical diagnosis and no substitute for professional advice. Please talk to your paediatrician about your child’s development.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Share invitation codes only with people you want to have access to your child’s journal. You can revoke access at any time in the app.
Everything you enter — photos, notes, measurements — remains yours. You grant us no rights beyond what is technically necessary to operate the app (storing, transmitting and displaying it on your devices and those you have shared with). You confirm you are entitled to use the content you upload.
The app is free. There is no subscription, no trial that runs out and no feature behind a paywall. The tooth chart, WHO growth curves, more than one child and sharing a book are open to everyone.
One voluntary tip. Since version 1.3 you can buy us a coffee at the foot of the profile: a one-off in-app purchase of €4.99 that you may repeat as often as you like. It unlocks nothing — no content, no feature, no advantage in the journal — and anyone who never taps it loses nothing. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through your Apple Account; we see neither your payment details nor who paid. Apple’s terms govern withdrawal and refunds; request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Whoever shares a book with you still decides your role in it: members with write access add moments, invited viewers read and comment. That is a question of sharing, not of money.
Until August 2026 there was a paid full version. Anyone who bought it keeps full access — which is now open to everyone in any case. Cancel a yearly subscription that is still running in your Apple Account settings (apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions); we cannot cancel it for you. Payment, invoicing and refunds were and remain entirely with Apple; request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
We aim for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability — syncing depends on third-party services and your internet connection. Entries made offline are uploaded once a connection is available.
Your data is transmitted encrypted and stored in the EU. Even so, please do not rely on the app as the only archive for irreplaceable photos.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for damage to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is unaffected.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account), which ends this agreement. We do not refund amounts already paid for a current billing period — refunds are handled by Apple.
We may amend these terms where there is a valid reason to do so and will notify you in the app of material changes.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
